Q1. How this Industrial Internship Training Program different from the one offered by Training Institute ?

Ans 1: These are few things that make this Industrial Internship Program different.

1. We focus on theory only at the beginning, but even during initial phase, interns have to implement theoretical concept into practice, and not like training institutes where the focus is just on theory.
2. This is not the place to learn the theory, but for working experience either on our products or doing live projects, and not like training institutes where one gets the canned project.
3. Here one gets the real experience which will form the best foundation, for a career in software development field.
4. Our experienced staff will monitor each individual’s progress, and bring entire team up to speed, and each intern will follow the entire lifecycle of a project.

Q3. What is the duration of Industrial Internship Training ?

Ans 3:) Currently this Industrial Internship Training is for 4 months duration, but in near future we are exploring the possibility of Summer Internship Program for 2 to 3 months duration.

Q4.  Why there is a Written Test on Aptitude, and Java ?

Ans 4:)  The product development or Project is based on Advanced Java, so we want to ascertain how much a candidate is already aware of Java, so that our training will be more targeted towards an individual’s need, and how to guide him in becoming a successful software developer.

Q5. Is this Industrial Internship Training is free ?

Ans 5: In continuation of the previous answer, well if a candidate scores 70% in the written test, the training would be free, and also we don’t have negative marking. Those candidates who don’t score 70% in the written, but score more than 35% qualifying criteria, they will be given an opportunity to work with us, as an intern, but will have to pay 10,000 for 4 months duration.

Q6. After clearing the exam, in how much time one can join the office?

Ans 6:) Mostly when we conduct the written test, we want to provide the opportunity for a candidate to join within a week’s time.

Q7. I know basic java, but I am not very much confident in it, so does the teaching process will go from basics?

Ans 7:) The projects that an intern will be doing here will be on Struts, Hibernate, and Spring , but the training will teach a candidate enough basics, and a trainee will be expected to practically implementation of those concepts.

If a candidates objective is just to learn the theoretical concepts, and thinks that it will be all the teaching then we would recommend one to pursue some training institute which will make the aware of just basics. Our focus will be that people do projects on these technologies, and in process learn the Advanced Java.

Q8. How can we work on a project, when we are not at office?

Ans 8:)  We have provided a unique way, where all the source code of the team is maintained in a code repository. This code repository is maintained at our server, which will be online, and thus anyone who is not present physically at the office would still be able to work on it.

Code repository will facilitate the weekly integration process, and one can check in, their code from any location. Thus they can work from any location, as only thing that they need is an internet access.

Q 9. What we will I get after completion of the Internship?

Ans 9:)  The intern who pursues Industrial Internship with us will get the edge over others . As an Intern from here will be equipped with technology (Struts, Hibernate, Spring, Ofbiz, Cloud Application, and several others) and one who has working experience on these technologies.

The interns who work here will get edge over, the other candidates in industry, where the company does not normally get a well trained Java professional, who are self driven individuals ready to take any challenging task.

As usual the intern will be able to showcase their team’s project online, and will also be getting the experience letter after the Internship is completed.

Q 10. Will we get the employment opportunity?

Ans 10 :)  We don’t assure that all the interns will get the employment opportunity, but we may give the employment opportunity to selected few, whom we find suitable based on company’s selection requirement.

Ans 11 :) Sorry but we don’t provide any living accommodation at our workplace.
