Our Implementation
Odoo is an all-in-one management software that offers a range of business applications that form a complete suite of enterprise management applications targeting companies of all sizes. Odoo is an all-in-one business software including CRM, Website/e-Commerce, billing, accounting, manufacturing, warehouse- and project management, and inventory.
We used his CRM module and customized that for Multilevel Marketing System and used his Website/ e-commerce for purchasing the product and managing the users. We provided the all plan setup for that like Binary Plan, Unilevel plan etc….
First we will have to set the all backend setup. Here we can create the multiple type of MLM plan as per organization requirement OR we can set multiple organization and mapped that with different-different plan.
We can set user joining package & multiple products for customers.
We can set the income structure of MLM plan and can set the depth of the distribution also.
Here we can add Agent / Customer's, agent can join with membership fee and they can sale the products to customers and earn the commission. In below screen we can add the member with sponsor detail and add the suitable product. As per the selection of the product income will generate at a time.
We can see tree view structure as well as income detail with invoice.
We can see easily sales order & invoice against customer name, for that work we are using Accounting module of Odoo.
We developed web portal for Agents, through that portal agent can see his income detail, tree structure, total sales etc…
In the web portal agent can see his weekly commission and bifurcation of that.
In the web portal agent can see his team detail structure with matrix view as well as horizontal view.
